All testing, maintenance, & assessments for hazards and violations are based 0n occupancy classification.

FIRE ALARM INSPECTIONS

  • Quarterly & Annual Inspections for Fire Alarm Equipment

  • Full equipment survey and diagnostics test

  • Testing of all input devices (e.g. smoke/duct detectors, fire pull stations, heat detector, tampers, waterflow)

  • Testing of output devices (e.g. strobes, horn strobes, evacuation systems)

  • Smoke Detector Sensitivity Testing

Fire Alarm Systems are designed to warn occupants of a fire so they may safely evacuate the premises.  To communicate and function properly, systems should be tested and maintained regularly.  Failure to do so could cause a dysfunctional system to go unnoticed and not operate during an emergency.

BACKFLOW INSPECTIONS

  • Annual Inspections for Backflow Prevention devices

  • Assessment for proper install according to TCEQ Standards

  • Testing and repair for domestic & high hazard devices

  • TCEQ Backflow report submissions completed per local and state regulations

Backflow prevention devices are used to protect potable water  (water that is safe to drink or to use for food preparation) from contamination or pollution due to backflow.
