In 2008 Awalpro was established as a Management Consulting company, providing strategic and performance management for business start ups and existing organizations seeking to refine their business strategy for growth and enhance performance.
Awalpro also executed corporate trainings to educate business leaders and management teams in how to successfully lead and contribute to the overall business strategy and goals of the organization while enhancing productivity and performance.
In 2012 the Awalpro service structure expanded it’s strategic reach by adding a strategic coaching approach in order to facilitate shared values and views for organizations seeking to refine their organizational structure.
Also in 2012 Awalpro’s coaching crossed new barriers providing management solutions to construction and life safety companies, thus producing a company subsidiary called Safety Intel that provides code and compliance management solutions for commercial properties while partnering with national contracts across the country.
Presently Awalpro offers two distinctive management solutions of Strategic Coaching and Corporate Training to existing/ businesses, start ups, franchises/ strategic business units, and corporate companies. Safety Intel remains a company subsidiary serving its’ own niche of code and compliance management.
